Wydał następujące albumy:
- 1987 r. - "Robbie Robertson";
- 1991 r. - "Storyville";
- 1994 r. - "Music for the Native Americans";
- 1998 r. - "Contact from the Underworld of Redboy";
- 2011 r. - "How to Become Clairvoyant";
- 2019 r. - "Sinematic".

W 2013 r. wydał książkę pt. "Legends, Icons & Rebels: Music That Changed the World" (z Jimem Guerinotem, Sebastianem Robertsonem i Jaredem Levine'em).

Zmarł po rocznej walce z rakiem prostaty w Los Angeles (Kalifornia, USA).
